BEAVER SCOUT LEADER
1. What was your first job?

I  used to work in a pub/restaurant as a kitchen assistant washing dishes, pans etc and chopping vegetables, I got the sack because I wasnt doing the job well enough, loading a dishwasher and slicing a few carrots is harder than it looks.

2. What is your favourite Holiday destination?

That would probably be visiting my grand parents out in Spain, me and my sister go every year and leave our parents at home, its a wonderful week or ten days, and I always look forward to going

3. What outdoor achievement are you most proud of ?

I was a member of the Air Training Corps for five years, and in that time I won a gliding scolarship, where I was given 11 hours of training in a powered glider and was allowed to fly solo, I hope to one day expand on that and gain a pilots licence.

4. Who was your favourite teacher and why?

Mr Dixon, my 1st and 3rd year tutor and lecturer at college because he would sign our coursework off without seeing it, you just had to say the piece had been handed in and which criteria had been completed and he would accept your word for it, wonder why I only got a merit?

5. Who is your sporting idol?

Im not a very sporting person, but if I had to choose one it would be either the late Colin McRae, or the late Richard Burns, because after years of driving (and being at the top) in a very dangerous sport, unfortunately both passed away at a reasonably young age due to causes not related to there profession.

6. What gadget could you not live without?

That would have to be my mobile phone, I am always on it and feel lost without it.

7. What is the maddest thing you've done in a car ?

In the heavy snow storms earlier this year, I went up to a school (which was closed at the time) with some friends where we were doing doughnuts and handbrake turns etc in the car park, it was great fun but wouldnt want do it when there is no snow, would cost much to much in rubber.

8. When did you first fly in a plane and where did you go?

I think it was when I was 3 and my sister only a few months, we flew on holiday to portugal, I cant remember it or any details, but I have also flown a plane a couple of times myself when I was 13, it was a two seater trainer, I did aerobatics and really enjoyed it

9. What is your favourite joke ?

Im afraid that is too rude to put on this website

10. What is your favourite seaside resort ?

I dont really have one, but when I go to spain I always go to Mojacar, its got lovely sandy beaches with lots of rocks at sea, great for snorkelling.

11. What is your favourite film and why?

I dont have one favourite film, but I do like all of the Bond films lots of nice cars, and cool gadgets that any young man would dream of playing with
