BEAVERS NEWS
Sleepover
It’s nearly time for our first ever Beaver sleepover. We have been working hard to ensure a fun packed evening and even have a night hike planned. Don’t forget a waterproof coat if the weather looks bad.
Climbing the Wall at Horley
For many this was their first experience of a climbing wall. They were all brilliant.
BBC 2010
Beavers joined us for the day at our centenary camp. They were very tired by the end of the day but thoroughly enjoyed the activities on offer.
Train trip to Kings Sutton
Our first train trip out and we jumped on the train to visit Kings Sutton. The Beavers were very well behaved and even got the opportunity to see inside a shop and post office that hasn’t been used for over 40 years. We would have liked to stay longer but had to catch the train back. Most gained their first Hikes Away badge. Well done.
ALPACAS MEET THE BEAVERS

ST GEORGE'S DAY PARADE - 25 APRIL 2010
10 of our Beavers joined us in town for a parade to Saint Mary's church, a short service by the Guide Association and parade back to Broad Street. For some Beavers this was their first parade. They were a credit to us all
